Severity and response targets
Tenant administrators can expect the following response targets. These are targets, not contractual SLAs — see the Terms of Service for availability commitments.

Before you email
- Be specific. Include your tenant slug or domain (e.g.
yourdojo.com), a description of what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. - Attach screenshots for UI issues where useful. Redact student names or any personal information.
- Payment issues — also include the Stripe payment intent ID (starts with
pi_) or checkout session ID (cs_) so we can trace the transaction in Stripe Connect. - Security reports — include reproduction steps and a rough impact assessment. Do not publicly disclose until we've acknowledged.

I'm a student — how do I sign up?
PulseDojo is a platform; individual dojos run on top of it. Sign up directly at your dojo's own website. We cannot enroll you in a specific dojo from here.
Can my dojo run on PulseDojo?
Yes — email hello@pulsedojo.ai and we'll schedule a demo. Onboarding is typically 1–2 weeks depending on Stripe Connect verification timing.
Can I use my own database?
Yes — PulseDojo supports BYOD (bring-your-own-database) for tenants with data-residency requirements. Azure, GCP, and self-hosted PostgreSQL are supported.
How does billing work?
Each tenant connects its own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Payments from students flow directly into your Stripe account. PulseDojo collects a small per-transaction application fee. See the Terms of Service for details.
