Wrestling is a combat sport and martial art where two unarmed competitors grapple to control or outscore each other without striking. The objective is to pin an opponent’s shoulders to the mat or win on points through takedowns, throws, and dominant positions. It requires immense athleticism, strategy, and mental toughness.
